My inbox tells me it's time for another doggy news roundup! The nice sunny weather is still hanging on, and I think we'd all like to be outside playing with a pup. As long as we're stuck on the computer, however, we might as well indulge in a few doggy tales to keep us entertained.
- The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has started a dog registration scheme in order to be more efficient about return lost dogs to their owners. Keeping more than just your address on record to ensure that they can contact you, the council also provides a numbered tag for your dog. Good news, but our survey says: Microchip! [via K9]

Today has been a good day for finding sweet, interesting or unusual dog stories on the Internet, so I've taken a leaf from the book of other professional bloggers and I'm doing a 'link dump'.
