Thanks to Kenilworth
I had a wonderful email today from a very satisfied customer who wanted me to pass on his thanks to the staff at our Kenilworth re-homing centre. He recently visited the centre to adopt a second dog from this particular centre and was amazed that the staff had remembered him and the dog he had adopted from them, 18 months previous. What really impressed him was that based on the knowledge of the temperament and nature of his first dog they could make valuable judgement decisions about which dog would now be most suitable for him, steering him away from certain choices and making suggestions about others. He is delighted that the second dog selected has fitted in perfectly to the family and wants me to pass on his best wishes for a job well done, "They really know their stuff." Thank you Kenilworth.

my experience with the staff at dogs trust kenilworth mirrors the above customer writing to express their thanks. i too re homed my first rescue there,5 yrs ago,and went back 18 months ago to re home another,i was amazed they remembered my first dog,considering how many dogs they get through their door! they even remembered the name they had given her 3 and a half years previously! they are all so helpful and efficient and above all wonderful at what they do!
